Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where applicable).

During busy periods or sales events, processing times may be slightly longer, but we'll keep you informed of any delays.

Shipping Destinations
We currently ship only within the United Kingdom.

Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated based on your order weight and delivery location. Options and pricing will be shown at checkout, including:

  • Standard Shipping (3–5 business days)

  • Expedited Shipping (1–2 business days)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to location, weather, or carrier delays.

Shipping Carrier
We work with trusted partners such as Royal Mail, DPD, and other reputable UK couriers to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Order Tracking
Once dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your parcel online.

Missing or Damaged Orders
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please email us at info@shillowcase.com. Keep all packaging and products so we can assist with a carrier claim, if needed.

International Shipping
We do not currently offer international shipping. Orders can only be placed for delivery within the UK.
