We aim to describe our products as accurately as possible. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your device screen.

By placing an order, you confirm that all details provided are accurate and that you are at least 18 years old.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including where a product is out of stock or there is an error in pricing or description.


4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

We accept payment via PayPal and major credit/debit cards. Payments are securely processed via Shopify’s payment gateway or PayPal.


5. Delivery

We currently deliver only within the United Kingdom.

Delivery times and costs are shown at checkout. We aim to dispatch orders within 2–3 working days, though this may vary during busy periods.


6. Returns and Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return it within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging

  • You must contact us within 14 days of receiving the item

You are responsible for return postage unless the product is faulty or was sent in error. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item.


7. Faulty or Damaged Goods

If your product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days. We will offer a replacement or refund and cover the return postage costs.


8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Any indirect or consequential losses

  • Any delay or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our control

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.


9. Privacy

Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.


10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
